I am an artist who creates paintings and drawings focused on portraying people as they transition through roles and familial connection, and how this affects their self-perception.

Navigating patrescence, matresence, racialisation, incarceration and capitalism are themes that I have studied in my work.

In seeing a person as a unique moment in their own lineage, I invite viewers to witness forces acting upon a person to question the function of cultural conditioning.
